リフォーム店もそうですが、カーテンの販売も、ほとんど男性がしています。
けれど、家のカーテンを気にかけるのは男性であるご主人より、圧倒的に女性である主婦ですよね。
女性と男性ではセンスも異なりますし、私自身もなぜ男性がカーテンの販売をするのだろうと思っていました。
顧客からも「販売者が男性だったので意見ができず、どんどん決められて実は困った」と本音を聞くこともありました。
さらに、「家にお客さまがいらっしゃるリビングは、質のよいオーダーカーテンにして、家族の部屋は既製品のカーテンにして節約をしては？」
など、顧客が本当に求めていることを、同じ女性の視点で気さくに提案をしたことも評判を呼びました。
